Ordinary conscious sedation, where the patient stays awake and responsive, does not count here. This is informational and does not affect the transparency score.

Reputation & Reviews
10 / 20
Public review signals. The Google rating is adjusted with a Bayesian prior (rating 4.0, weight 25) so a 5.0 from a handful of reviews does not outrank a 4.8 from hundreds.

Change History
| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| 2026-10-02 | Reputation check 2026-10-02 on the clinic's Google listing (10 reviews read): owner replies to reviews yes; suspicious review patterns left unassessed. |
| 2026-10-01 | Searched TripAdvisor on 2026-10-01 for the clinic by its name with and without the city: no TripAdvisor listing, so TripAdvisor presence is recorded as absent. |
| 2026-09-30 | Re-read the clinic's Facebook page (About, services and every post of the past 12 months) and its Instagram profile on 2026-09-30: website corrected to none, as the domain the page names no longer exists; published prices and the treatment prices corrected to not published, as the clinic's own channels carry no price list or figures (the earlier values rested on a directory listing). |
| 2026-09-29 | Corrected 2026-09-29: X-ray / imaging price listed now unverified: the clinic has no website and its social page was not checked for this. |
| 2026-09-17 | Re-checked on 2026-09-17. The clinic's own website (klinikedentaredurresi.al) still does not resolve, and a fresh Google Maps search for the clinic's name, address and phone matched only the general Durrës city listing rather than a distinct business profile, so Google reputation figures were left unchanged. Recorded from the clinic's existing directory listing: cleaning and filling prices published; no X-ray price, pediatric or emergency service found. Still unverified: a live website, current Google rating/review count, and TripAdvisor presence. |
| 2026-09-10 | contacts.website held the non-URL placeholder "dead" (not a live link); a Google Maps search on 2026-09-10 found no verifiable live replacement (clinic name/phone match required); cleared to null. |
| 2026-08-26 | Re-verification 2026-08-26: WEBSITE DEAD — klinikedentaredurresi.al no longer resolves (DNS failure, confirmed by direct request). A brief search for a successor site was blocked by CAPTCHA on the engines tried, so none was found; recording as dead rather than a new URL. The clinic itself remains open per its Google Maps listing (current hours shown, address unchanged), which also yields a first-captured rating of 5.0 (review count not visible on render). |
| 2026-08-25 | Re-verification 2026-08-25: stored website https://klinikedentaredurresi.al/ no longer resolves (DNS failure, confirmed on two separate attempts, http and https). No successor site found despite targeted search. The clinic still appears on Facebook, Instagram, and the booking.dentist directory with no closure indication; its Facebook page (opened directly today) is titled 'Klinike Dentare Durresi | Durrësi', consistent with the stored name, but full page content (address/phone/status) requires login and was not accessible. Operating status left unclear; address/phone left unchanged (not independently reconfirmed). Google reputation not captured. |
| 2026-08-25 | License verification 2026-08-25 against USSH register: Luciano Lico not matched by exact name; surname Lico is present in the register under other given names, so left null rather than false. |
