Whether the clinic documents treatment under general anaesthesia or deep / twilight sedation — "sleep dentistry", where the patient is asleep and unaware (does not feel, see, or hear the procedure). Ordinary conscious sedation, where the patient stays awake and responsive, does not count here. This is informational and does not affect the transparency score.

Change History
| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| 2026-10-02 | Reputation check 2026-10-02 on the clinic's Google listing (10 reviews read): suspicious review patterns no. |
| 2026-09-30 | Re-read on 2026-09-30: the clinic's website in English, Italian, Albanian and German (home, price list, services, who-we-are, treatment, photo and contact pages) and its Italian-language site dentistalbania.it, its Google listing, its WhatClinic profile and the register of the Order of Dentists of Albania. Recorded: Google 5.0 from 2,542 reviews, newest 2026-09-30; owner replies on some critical reviews; a contact email; the full price list (implants from €400, crowns from €130, fillings €50, CT scan €80). Corrected: the clinic names about ten dentists with their specialities; it describes a children's treatment room; the site carries no Dentist or LocalBusiness markup; six of the eight readable one-star reviews describe concerns dismissed or unanswered; a burst of 29 five-star reviews since 29 September leaves review manipulation undetermined. Still unverified: TripAdvisor presence. Visibility re-checked on 2026-09-30 with the five canonical Tirana queries, run once for every card compared in this pass; local results, the first page of web results and AI Overviews all counted. The clinic appears in 5 of the five. |
| 2026-09-29 | Corrected 2026-09-29: review recency within 3 months (newest review dated 2026-09-25); red flag "No dentists identified anywhere" removed: it contradicted the recorded finding that the clinic names its dentists. |
| 2026-09-17 | Re-read on 2026-09-17: the clinic's website (Italian price list, services page, homepage) and its Google listing. Recorded: filling, crown, X-ray/CT and consultation prices published; no cleaning price found despite cleaning being offered as a service; address and map published; no pediatric or emergency care documented; Google 5.0 from 2,483 reviews with no recurring complaints or manipulation signs; Saturday hours published. Still unverified: TripAdvisor and other-platform presence. |
| 2026-09-10 | Twin parity 2026-09-10 (clinicLicense): this card left the clinic licence unverified; the twin card tirana-dental, which publishes the same clinic (same phone and website), holds a sourced value. The twin searched the QKB Regjistri Tregtar for "Elite Dental" and found Elite Dental, NIPT M41709022A, Tirana, with Artdur Dema — the dentist this card names — as admin/partner; this card never ran that register. The value, the note and the twin's own cited source(s) are copied here without new research. |
| 2026-08-26 | Re-verification 2026-08-26: website live, name/address/phone unchanged, not permanently closed; captured first Google rating 5.0 (review count not visible on render); no coordinates found on the clinic's site. |
| 2026-08-25 | Re-verification 2026-08-25: confirmed website live, name/address/phone unchanged. Site lists a promotional offer valid through 30 Dec 2025 (past today's date) — a minor staleness signal, not closure evidence; site is otherwise current and fully functioning. Google reputation not captured; no changes recorded. |
| 2026-08-25 | Recorded sedation / general anaesthesia availability (informational): not documented in public sources. Price list offers "Conscious sedation" (€150) only; patient stays conscious, not asleep |
| 2026-08-25 | License verification 2026-08-25 against USSH register: Artdur Dema confirmed licensed. |
| 2026-08-18 | Imported from the city-tier dataset (data originally collected 2026-07-12). |
